Red Rock Canyon Intimate Wedding | Kali + Tyler

Kali + Tyler wanted to have a small wedding, just them and their family, celebrating love and their new life together as Mr. & Mrs. They booked through Desert Elopement Las Vegas to handle all the details of their wedding day ceremony. Plus, in order to have a ceremony or portraits at Red Rock Canyon, you must have a permit, so going with Desert Elopements Las Vegas, makes it super easy since they are one of the few companies in town who have a yearly permit with the park. This way, Kali + Tyler focused on enjoying their trip to Vegas, knowing it was all being taken care of. It was stress-free and beautifully personalized and intimate. Just how they wanted it to be.

Kali + Tyler absolutely loved the desert and mountains that Red Rock Canyon offers! It was a big difference from the scenery in their home state of Illinois and it really gave them some unique photos to take back home to share with the rest of their family and friends!

Las Vegas Elopement | Jacqueline + Miro

I swear Jacqueline + Miro could be models! I mean, just look how gorgeous they are! Not only that but, they’re also two of the nicest and relaxed people ever! We had so much fun with them! They came from Australia earlier this year to be married in Las Vegas. They booked with one of the many chapels in Vegas and unfortunately, they do not allow couples to use their own photographers for the ceremony. If you’re looking to book your ceremony with any of the chapels or casinos, I would highly recommend you confirm their photography policy prior to booking. I am also always available to make recommendations on venues who do not have such strict photo policies ; )

Since we couldn’t photograph the ceremony, they decided to go outside the box, literally, and get away from the city for their wedding portraits! We met Jacqueline and Miro at Nelson, which is about a 45 minute drive from the strip and got some fun photos there among their old cars, barns, and cactus! It’s really a neat place for phots! After our time there, we drove to the dry lake bed, which is another favorite spot of ours. This is close by, so the two locations work really well together. We got there just as the sun was setting behind the mountains and gave us the best lighting! Also, really loved how we ended the session with a sweet first dance in the middle of the desert! Totally epic and totally them. Just how they wanted it to be!

Luxurious Las Vegas Elopement | Cathleen + Mirko

Being able to document this day for Cathleen and Mirko, was such an honor! These two are truly just the most genuine and down to earth people! Cathleen’s laughter was infectious and I just loved their chemistry!

Cathleen and Mirko traveled from Australia, with their son, for a fun holiday throughout California and a jaunt in Las Vegas to tie the knot, to then finish their epic trip with a visit to the happiest place on earth, Disneyland!

They booked the Wynn Tower Suite Salon at The Wynn Las Vegas Hotel and Casino, which has amazing views and is so spacious! Seriously, luxurious and the best way to enjoy your stay in Vegas for your wedding day!!! It was gorgeous and I’m so glad they started their wedding photography coverage with “getting ready” photos because it gave them beautiful images in their suite! Having a small elopement ceremony, these images really help tell a complete story from their day and elevates the experience! I highly recommend “getting ready” images to all our elopement and intimate wedding couples. Just take a look at some of the pretty details and sweet moments we were able to capture for Cathleen + Mirko!

Uh! Just seeing how Cathleen’s son helped her zip up her dress again gives me all the warm and fuzzy momma feels!!!

Cathleen didn’t want Mirko to see her in her dress until the ceremony, so once he was dressed, he made his way via Uber to Red Rock Canyon, where the ceremony was being held. Cathleen + son rode in style in a Phantom Rolls Royce to Red Rock Canyon!

Their ceremony was so sweet, intimate, and full of laughter! Afterwards, the couple toasted to their new life together as Mr. & Mrs. and had a cute cake cutting! My favorite thing was that they didn’t take themselves too seriously! They joked around and just enjoyed their day to the fullest and that is really what it’s all about! Letting go of any preconceived ideas of what a wedding should be like and just doing things on your own terms. And, if that means photobombs, giggles, and stolen kisses, well then so be it! Congratulations this sweet family! Wishing them all the love, laughter, and adventures! XO
