I know I say this often, but I just have to say it again: We get to photograph the best couples ever! Lindsey and Cody are the kind of people we love being around. They are fun, down-to-earth, relaxed, and genuinely nice! You could just tell how much they were loved by the amount of family and friends that traveled from Canada for their destination wedding in Las Vegas! They were overwhelmed by so many who made the trip, but you can easily tell why they'd all come to celebrate their big day. They are awesome and deserve all the love in the love in the world, plus, it's Vegas ;) Who doesn't want to come here! We started our day with Lindsey & Cody getting ready. I absolutely loved how calm and happy Lindsey was when I arrived to her Bellagio suite. Her and her bridesmaids looked stunning, thanks to a little help from the talented ladies of Makeup in the 702. She was there with her best friends and about to marry the man of her dreams, it couldn't be a better day! She gave each of her bridesmaids a lovely gift and thank you card and I don't think there was a dry eye in the room after reading those cards! Once Lindsey was dressed and ready to go, they had one last toast to Lindsey's happiness and off they went. Jason was with Cody and the groomsmen. Although they didn't have cute matching robes like Lindsey and her bridesmaids, they were a ton of fun too! Plus, there was football and Cody is a huge football fan, specifically the Denver Broncos. Needless to say, they weren't complaining.
The ceremony took place at the gorgeous Canyon Gate Country Club about 25 minutes from the Las Vegas strip. Lindsey and Cody provided buses for their guests to easily be transported to and from Canyon Gate. After their beautiful ring warming ceremony performed by Angie of Peachy Keen Unions, it was time to get some photos of the bridal party and of course the new Mr. & Mrs. Once the formal photos were done, it was time to party at the reception! Again, you could just feel the love in the room for these two. From their first dance to their toasts and speeches, there were lots of happy tears shed and lots of laughter. The reception was a blast and before you knew it, it was time for Lindsey and Cody's sparkler send off!
